อัลบั้ม : 2176 Year 1 Teddy Bears’ Picnic and Games (Week 3)

On Wednesday 25th April, ACEP Year 1 students made chairs for a Teddy Bear using recycled materials which they brought to school from their homes. This activity was in preparation for the Year 1 Teddy Bears’ Picnic on Thursday 26th April.

On Thursday, Year 1 students each brought their favourite teddy bear to school for the Teddy Bears’ Picnic. They also brought food for themselves, their teddy bears and to share with their classmates.

After the Teddy Bears’ Picnic the students enjoyed playing games with their teddy bears. The first game was similar to pass the parcel. Students sat in a circle, passed a teddy bear around while the teachers played music. When the music stopped, the student who was holding the teddy bear was out of the game. In another game, while teachers played music, the Year 1 students had to dance. When the music stopped, they had to sit like a bear.

The smiles, laughter and happiness of the Year 1 students clearly showed that they thoroughly enjoyed the Teddy Bears’ Picnic.
